Behringer has announced the availability of its UB-Xa MINI, a fully analog synth which captures the essence of the UB-Xa analog polysynth in a compact format.
It features a powerful analog engine, analog filters, three rich VCOs, and versatile modulation options, giving you access to classic sounds and expressive controls.
It has 27 touch-sensitive keys as found on its other MINI devices such as the CZ-1 MINI, and the interface is intuitive to use.

There’s a switchable 12/24dB analog filter for powerful tone sculpting, 3-waveform LFO for pitch modulation, cutoff and pulse width.
There’s also a 16-step motion sequencer with 10 memory slots for recording all adjustments made.
Full specs haven’t been published yet but we expect they will bear similarities to the UB-Xa. Pricing to be confirmed but said to be ‘approachable’.
