Behringer has announced its WASP VCF, claiming it as an authentic reproduction of the original Wasp Deluxe filter of the 1970s. They’ve already released the full-size WASP DELUXE but this is a compact and easy to install module with the same capabilities.
It features a pure analog signal path, and includes inputs for audio and CV with respective level, frequency and attenuation controls.
There’s a separate band bass output with corresponding Resonance control for emphasising specific frequencies, as well as a mixed low and high pass output.
