Bob Moog raffle
The Bob Moog Foundation announces its winter fundraising raffle featuring a custom-built Eurorack modular synthesizer valued at $24,000.
The system is housed in a handcrafted 15U (126 hp) walnut cabinet by Asheville wood craftsman, Chris Perryman (Gold Splinter) and includes 50 Eurorack modules and 11 controllers, all donated from ? 52 companies. The raffle is open internationally from December 1 – ? December 19, 2025.
Tickets are $25 each, 5 for $100, 12 for $200, and 35 for $500, with all proceeds benefiting the three hallmark projects of the Bob Moog Foundation. The winner will be announced on Tuesday, December 23rd.

UJAM UFX series adds LOFI and DISTORT
UJAM introduces UFX LOFI and UFX DISTORT as the latest additions to the UFX series, joining REVERB, DELAY, and FILTER.
UFX LOFI focuses on degraded, character-rich textures inspired by tape wear and early digital artifacts, while UFX DISTORT ranges from subtle saturation to aggressive clipping and foldback.
Both plug-ins pair their core effect engines with a dedicated Filter section with 40 presets, a Finisher module with 50 presets, and intelligent randomization, providing fast creative results and flexible sound-shaping for drums, vocals, keys, guitars, bass, or full mixes.
Yamaha audiophile headphones announced
Yamaha has announced two new audiophile-grade headphones, the YH-4000 and YH-C3000.
The YH-C3000s are built with a closed-back design and armodynamic driver featuring three-layer moulded diaphragm engineered for clarity and minimal distortion.
The YH-4000s are an open-backed design constructed from magnesium.

Building ribbon synth
