Dreamtonics has announced the March release of version two of its Synthesizer V Studio Pro voice synthesis application, being a major update to its flagship product.

New features include enhanced voice quality and dynamics, optimisation of the algorithms used to generate vocals, enhanced multi-threading support, Phoneme Timing panel for direct resizing and adjustment of phoneme intensity within a note, enhanced vocal modes, expression pad and Timing AI retakes, smart pitch controls, mouth opening parameter for altering vowel pronunciation, and support for the Korean language.
New voices include Mai 2, an upgraded Japanese female voice; Liam, a new male classic pop/rock voice in native English, and Mo Xu, a new female R&B voice in Mandarin.
Synthesizer V Studio 2 Pro and the version 2 for all Dreamtonics voices will be released on March 21st, 2025.
