Caelum Audio has announced its Dynabit bit crusher for creating rich, energetic and dynamic bitcrushed textures.
It includes a range of filters including LPF, BPF and HPF, with cutoff and resonance control. The sample rate can be slashed down to 10Hz, and sampling error can be reduced using the Nyquist filter and smoothen controls.
Bit depth can be reduced down to 1bit, with range booster for exploding all available bits and envelope shaping.
Threshold can be used for timing triggers, time and number of repeats, along with decay, for shaping repetition. Modulation includes 2 LFOs, 2 sequencers, 2 envelope followers and MIDI control.
