Description

Kawai ES7 Portable Digital Piano

Wherever the venue... Whatever the occasion.

Regardless of whether you’re playing on stage, practicing for a recital, accompanying the church choir or studying in the classroom, the new Kawai ES7 is portable piano perfection. Versatile and powerful, the ES7 is a compact, elegant and highly portable digital piano, one for truly every musical occasion… anytime, anywhere

Main Features

Touch

The outstanding feel of the ES7 is due to the new Responsive Hammer II (RHII), an 88-note, graded hammer action. This 3-sensor action features Ivory-touch key surfaces and Let-off.

Unique Speaker System

The ES7 features a surprisingly powerful stereo speaker system housed in two built-in enclosures.

Impressive Polyphony

With its best-in-class 256-note polyphony, the ES7 can handle even the most demanding performances.

Audio and MIDI Recorder

The ES7 also offers an easy to use, built-in 2-Track / 10-Song MIDI recorder.

Keyboard Modes

The ES7 has both a Dual Mode, in which two sounds are played simultaneously, and a Split mode in which one sound plays on the left of the keyboard while another sound plays on the right side. You can use the value buttons to control the volume balance in Dual and Split modes.

4-Hands Mode

Like other Kawai digital pianos, the ES7 has a unique 4-Hands Mode in which two identical 44-note pianos are setup on the keyboard – perfect for piano lessons or for duets.

Display

A convenient 16 x 2 character LED display makes the ES7's operation simple and intuitive.

Metronome

A handy built-in digital metronome offers a variety of time signatures, perfect for practice. You can control the tempo and the volume of the metronome.

Rhythm Section

The Rhythm Section feature offers 100 professionally arranged accompaniment tracks in a variety of musical styles – great for solo performances, creating new songs or for just jamming and having fun.

Jacks

There are two headphone jacks on the ES7, allowing two persons to listen to the piano in privacy. The USB jack offers both USB to Device and USB to Host functionality. MIDI I/O jacks provide connection with other musical instruments and computers. There are also Line Out jacks plus a unique Stereo Line In jack.

Pedals

Included with the instrument is the F10-H deluxe damper pedal with half-damper capability. The optional F20 dual pedal provides both a damper (with half-damper function) and soft pedal.

Optional Designer Stand and Pedal Lyre

The optional designer stand attaches to the bottom of the ES7 to create an elegant look suitable for any decor. The separate optional pedal lyre assembly completes the look and adds three functioning pedals to the instrument.

Optional Soft Case

The optional soft case is great for pianists on the go. It even has wheels on one end to make travel even easier.
