Overview
The Yamaha MP-1 is a home keyboard released in 1982. It is marketed primarily to home musicians.
The MP-1 has 44 synth/organ style mini keys without touch sensitivity or aftertouch. It has eight notes of polyphony. It has 10 on board sounds including pianos and real world sounds, accompaniments and rhythms, and no pedals.
The MP-1 uses Yamaha's Phase Alignment Stereo Sampling, for improved stereo sample imaging with o-point filtering.
