Overview
The Yamaha PSR-S750 is a synthesizer released in 2012. It is aimed at musicians wanting to create and modify their own sounds.
The PSR-S750 has 61 synth/organ style full sized keys with touch sensitivity but no aftertouch. It has 128 notes of polyphony. It has hundreds of on board sounds including pianos and real world sounds, accompaniments and rhythms, and a sustain/damper pedal.
It uses Yamaha's AWM sound generation. Advanced Wave Memory is a classic high-quality sample playback and layering engine.
It has the ability to record and play back user performances. It has built-in MIDI capabilities. It offers an on-board learning system. It has no built-in speakers which means you will have to connect it to external amplification and speakers in order to hear it. In a live band setting how can I set preferences for L, R1 and R2 and save them for performance?
- Press the [MIXING CONSOLE] button to enter the Mixing Console mode.
- Use the [MIXING] button to select the desired part (L, R1, or R2) that you want to adjust.
- Use the [SELECT] button to choose the type of sound or effect you want to apply to the selected part.
- Adjust the volume, pan, EQ, and other settings of the selected part using the knobs and buttons on the Mixing Console screen.
- Press the [MEMORY] button to save your settings. You can save up to 8 sets of mixing parameters to the internal memory of the keyboard.
- To recall a saved set of mixing parameters, press the [MEMORY] button and then use the [UP] or [DOWN] buttons to select the desired memory location. The settings for that memory location will be loaded automatically.
