KORG has announced its Module mobile sound app for iPhone and iPad has expanded its library to include LA Studio Drums, built around a meticulously-recorded acoustic drum kit with a distinct jazzy character.
LA Studio Drums was recorded in the studio of a top session drummer, with the kit built around handmade shells from the 1990s and custom snare drums, tuned for a warm, jazzy sound. The recording session captured the character of the drums and the natural ambience of the room, and the expansion pack offers both a dry and ambient variation.
The pack includes both stick and brush kits, increasing its versatility in a variety of musical styles.
For one week only, KORG Module Pro and KORG Gadget 3 for iOS are 50% off. LA Studio Drums can be trialed free for seven days.
