Everyone always gets into a bit of a frenzy this time of year as retailers begin to showcase their best money-saving deals on a variety of products.
Here we’ve tried to keep up with some of the best pre-, during and post-Black Friday/Cyber Monday 2025 deals on gear and other items we think you’d be interested in — digital pianos, keyboards, synths, software, and miscellaneous musical and audio gear.
Bear in mind things change fast so always check with the manufacturer or retailer before making a purchase to see any eligibility and date criteria.
When is it?
Black Friday, initially a US-based event but now spread near-globally, traditionally falls on the day following US Thanksgiving, which this year makes it Friday 28th November 2025. Cyber Monday follows on Monday 1st December 2025.
Don’t Lose Your Head
Most people love a sale, and of course we have to provide the usual disclosure that we do make referral revenue from some of the recommendations below (particularly Amazon). However, we are also responsible and (mainly) level-headed, so we have to urge you to keep your head when looking for deals.
Decide ahead of time what equipment or software you are in the market for, and what your budget is. Don’t buy an inferior or unsatisfactory product just because it’s cheaper. Stick to your guns and don’t be overwhelmed by the bright lights and “buy me now” buttons — in real stores or online.
